02.Service Description
ChargeLine provides real-time information about EV charging station availability and wait times. This information is crowdsourcedand provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
03.User Responsibilities
Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. No hacking, no spamming, no fake reports (we ban for this).
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
02Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ChargeLine and its licensors. You may not copy or mirror our designs or "look and feel".
04.Location Data
ChargeLine collects location data to provide accurate charger detection and wait time updates.
05.Changes to Terms
ChargeLine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
